At present when I log in I am automatically taken to the Forum Page. Can that be changed to take us to the Home (portal) page? That way the latest news can become more effective.

I can't find an option to do that at the moment but will ask on the support forum.

There's no way to re-direct to the portal/home page after logging in I'm afraid.

The alternative option would be to have 'widgets' at the side of the forum page as they are on the home page. This would also give an option to have a list of latest form posts scrolling in a widget window too. Of course, this would reduce the width of the forum depending on the width of the widget. Widgets can be placed left or right. You could also have the search widget too. Not sure how you feel about having widgets on the forum page itself, but if you want to see how it looks, I can put them in place so you can see.
